Representation in Benin

As part of its internationalization policy, ICC-BF opened a Representation in Benin in December 2009. The headquarters of this Representation is located in Cotonou.

The Special Entities

In the course of its evolution and in a concern of performance in the service of the private sector of Burkina Faso, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry has created or helped to create special entities that are:

1- The Office of Restructuring and Upgrading (BRMN): created by decree 08-063 / MCPEA / SG / DGDI of March 18, 2008, it is under the direct authority of the National Steering Committee (CPN) which it implements decisions and is in direct contact with companies. The general direction

General Management: She is in charge of the operational and administrative management of the CCI-BF. Its administrative services are run by employees linked to the institution by private law contracts. The services of CCI-BF are, under the responsibility of the President, led by a Director General recruited by call for applications.

Regional Consular Delegations

  • The Regional Consular Delegations (DCR): they are located in each of the administrative regions of Burkina Faso and have their headquarters in the regional capitals. Each DCR is animated by a Regional Consular Assembly which meets regularly. They respond to the requests that local and regional authorities require from them and inform the CCI-BF of all the steps and proposals made in this regard.

  • The Consular Office: elected by the General Assembly for a term of five (05) years, it decides on the main issues relating to the functioning and management of the Institution. It has 21 members.

Agri-Food and Tourism Training Centre

The Agri-Food and Tourism Training Centre (CFAT) : it is the result of the restructuring of the Tourist and Hotel Training Centre (CFTH) established in 1994 under the technical tutelage of the Ministry in charge of tourism and the partnership with tourism professionals.
The CFAT aims to improve the quality of services in the tourism and agri-food industry through initial training and development of stakeholders. It includes an application hotel to combine theory with learner practice.

Ouagadougou Trucks Station

The Ouagadougou Bus Station (OUAGARINTER) is a terminal that aims to ensure a regular supply of people as well as the main sectors of the economy. The platform ensures serene and regular satisfaction of people's needs and the supply of inputs to national companies.
